Meet Dr. Dawn Carey Taylor, M.D.
Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Lebanon, Kentucky where she graduated from Marion County High School in 1986. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University, she graduated from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1994. She completed the Trover Foundation Family Practice residency program in Madisonville, Kentucky in 1997 and stayed on to practice there for 12 years. Dr. Taylor has maintained her board certification in Family Medicine since 1997. She has been married for over 20 years and has one child. In 2009, she relocated to Springfield, Kentucky to be closer to family. Her hobbies include fishing and other sports.

Some of the services we provide are:
– Routine Physicals / Exams (Including Pap Smears)
– Adult Immunizations
– Management of Chronic Illnesses such as Asthma, COPD, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cholesterol (Excluding Chronic Pain Management)
– Special interest in acute illnesses of adults and children over 2 years of age.
– Minor injuries like treatment of sprains and simple laceration repair.
