About: Before opening her own firm in 2005, Laura Snoke was a partner at Wilner, Klein & Siegel and an associate with Meyers, Bianchi & McConnell. Ms. Snoke has substantial experience in representing community associations. She represents general and specialty contractors, professionals, small businesses, and individuals in litigation. As well as actions involving Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) enforcement matters and by-law provisions, transactional matters, and in providing general counsel services. She’s represented associations in the negotiations of contracts including construction and employment contracts and multi-million dollar settlements in construction defect litigation.

Ms. Snoke was the principal attorney who litigated Miller v. Lakeside Village, one of the first cases concerning mold infestation and resultant injuries, and Coleman v. Nosrati, a case that upheld a foreclosure based upon an assessment lien. She was also one of the attorneys who represented the association in the California Supreme Court case of Nahrstedt v. Lakeside Village Condominium Association that set an important precedent on CC&R enforcement.

In her spare time, she volunteers at the courts of Los Angeles County and at various community-based organizations. Ms. Snoke’s 30 years of experience as a litigator, transactional attorney and mediator has provided her with unique insight and skills in assisting associations with issues and disputes.
