Lamb Of God Lutheran Church and School

Through Christ we learn, live, and love!

Welcome

As the Transitional Interim Minister Lamb of God Church and School, it is my privilege to serve God in this place. In this unique role, I am here to assist the congregation in looking at itself and its ministries and how it can do better; then preparing the congregation for its next long-term pastor. It is an opportunity for the church to reevaluate itself and grow as servants of God in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Seeing the congregation with fresh eyes, I have observed active lay leaders in the congregation doing ministry, and a membership with a heart for serving.

We welcome anyone who would like to join us in ministry and service.

God bless you.

Pr. Peter Dorn

From the beginning of Christianity (A.D. 33), Christians have worshiped with two thoughts in mind.  One is to call upon God.  The second is to hear God speak. At each of the three weekend services, we put this into practice.
Family
Lamb of God is a family of Christians who are in church to worship God and be strengthened in the faith for their life’s journey.  As you enter church a greeter will welcome you and help you with directions.  The usher will give you a worship folder.  Every seat is a good seat in the sanctuary.

Worship Bulletin
This little booklet contains the “order of service.”  It is laid out in such a way to draw you closer to God.  The goal of each service is that at the end of worship, everyone will feel uplifted and inspired, ready to face another week and eagerly looking forward to the next time the family gathers for worship.
There is a separate announcement booklet  This is a guide for what is going on in the church and school, prayer needs and thanksgivings, and the weekly calendar.
Please come

It would be our privilege to meet and welcome you to our spiritual home.  And, if God so leads you, to also make this place your spiritual home.

At Lamb of God Lutheran School, a Christ-centered education creates a firm foundation for life, promotes respect for self and other, and fosters personal responsibility. We work together to create an environment that is safe, nurturing, and fun, a place where children want to learn. We encourage each child to discover his or her unique, God-given talents while learning to participate in and contribute to the community. When you send your child to Lamb of God Lutheran, don’t let go of your child, grow with your child. Our teachers work closely with parents in a Christian family environment to encourage total growth – spiritual, academic, emotional, physical and social.
