We understand that no one looks forward to entering a skilled nursing facility, even if it is only for a short-term stay. Our Admissions Department assists families who need to find immediate placement for a loved one. Often a Discharge Planner or Social Worker at a hospital informs a patient’s primary contact of the need for short term rehabilitation or long-term care placement. Once this decision has been determined, families must quickly choose a facility.
